This BBQ was AMAZING! This restaurant  called Fat Daddy"s is fun to say and it was a great place. The staff was kind and service was prompt. The food had really great hickory smoked flavor in the meats. The cheesy tots were delicious and the mac & cheese was devine.

The menu offers steak, chicken, ribs, sausage, brisket and turkey. And the available sides are expansive. There are about 15 different sides like fried pickles, fried mushrooms, salads and sauteed green beans. These were the best green beans I have every had. They were fresh  with a hickory flavor that was unbelievable! The three locations are in Arkansas and what a treat. Looking forward to returning and trying the pecan pie.

My first time here. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Things looked clean. The person that took my order was friendly and didn't rush me when I told her it was my first time. She even offered to give me a menu so I could sit to the side and not feel rushed. I got the fat boy sandwich with green bean casserole and fries. The fries were good, the green bean casserole isn't your traditional one. While it was hot through out it didn't really seem like a casserole. The meat was tender. I put the sweet BBQ sauce on it and really enjoyed it.

What I didn't like? See one employee walk around with a towel hanging out her back pocket. It was so long it is swinging as she walks and this is cross contamination. I also didn't like seeing an employee come from the back to get a drink and he had no beard guard and it was long enough to warrant one.

While those things bugged me I will be back.

We came here for dinner and I ordered their two meat combo with ribs and brisket with two sides, spud (loaded baked potato) and sautéed veggies. Also add on a side of fried mushrooms. They are all so delicious and great portion size. The sauces are pretty good too with the meat. My ribs are flavorful and tender and Smokey brisket! Two meat combo for $10 bucks is a steal. Lovely place and spacious.

I love BBQ and was in Conway for business. I stopped in and had the 3 meat combo. First the meats...the pulled pork was very good, but just a little bit dry. The ribs were exceptional! The brisket was very good. I also had 3 sides. The Mac and cheese was OK...again, it was late in the day so it was slightly dry. The baked beans were exceptional. The coleslaw was very good. Lastly, the sauce was just like I like it...sweet. I would go again...but probably earlier in the day when the meats are fresher.

To all my friends that I previously had recommended Fat Daddy's Bar-B-Que of Conway, I hearby rescind that recommendation.

Somebody, somewhere decided to put supposed "efficiency" ahead of clientele and made a "business decision" to change how the restaurant worked.  And it doesn't.

Now when you walk instead of a greeter hostess, you stand in line waiting for two clerks to take your order standing in front of large menu boards. Then you pay (and no longer invited to tip, thank goodness) and progress to the soda fountain where you grab your cup, soda, and utensils and find you a seat. Runners bring your food out to your table and pick up the little number sign.

If you think this sounds a lot like McDonald's, you are absolutely right; exactly. It's McDonald's with BBQ and optional alcohol that didn't even cross my mind in the now fast food restaurant.

When the food came out, it was bland and my pulled pork that I loved so much tasted watery.  Deann didn't even finish her food and didn't even bother to pack up the leftovers. It wasn't worth it.  If the food tasted like that when I went there the first time, we wouldn't have gone back. Smokehouse was better, if that gives you an idea.

We won't be back anymore. If I want to eat fast food, I'll go eat fast food.
